We will gladly accept the return of products within 30 days from the date of purchase as follows:

Store Credit - COST $0

We generate a return label for you. Once the item(s) are are received at our warehouse, we generate a gift card for the amount of the item(s) you are returning including shipping if it was paid on the original order, up to $6. 

Refund - COST $5

We generate a return label for you at a cost of $5. Once the item(s) are are received at our warehouse we will credit back your original payment method for the amount of the item(s) you are returning excluding shipping if it was paid on the original order.

You may use chose to send the items back to us at your own cost but make sure to include your RMA number in the return.

No Restocking Fees

We will not charge a restocking fee as long as the products are in original packaging, not damaged or abused, and returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.

If products are damaged or abused, we may refuse the return or charge a restocking fee at our discretion.

Custom Orders

Custom orders may not be returned. If the item(s) arrive damaged, customer must contact OTGAG within 7 days of receipt so it can be replaced.

Shipping Protection

Protect your order from loss, damage, or theft! If you have purchased our Shipping Protection and your order is lost, damaged and stolen, we will immediately re-ship a replacement order no questions asked!

Please note, we do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday, so all orders placed from Friday after 4pm EST to Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped out the following business day.

We can add Saturday delivery to order upon request, but it is NOT included in any of these options. 

*Orders weighing more than 10lb will incur additional charges.

International orders may incur customs duties which are to be paid by the customer. 
OTGAG has a reasonable return policy which helps our customers feel better about shopping on our site. Basically for whatever reason you can return your item for a full refund in the form that you have paid or if you prefer, you can get store credit, as long as it is within the two week limit. 

We have customer service representatives that will respond to your email within 48 hours. Simply send your name, address, phone number, invoice number, what you want to return and the reason for the return to: 

When the OTGAG representative emails you back, print out the information that will include your authorization for said return, and mail that along with the merchandise you are returning to the address they provide. For your own peace of mind get the package insured and include a tracking method because OTGAG is not responsible for any loss or damaged returns. Also please be aware that you will not get your shipping charges returned or any applicable sales tax. Usually your credit card will be refunded within a few weeks, but sometimes it may take up to two billing cycles depending on your card's policy.
